Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct that is prohibited when using the AI Coach platform. It applies to all customers, users, and anyone accessing the Service on their behalf. Violations may result in suspension or termination as described in the Terms of Service.

• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes third-party rights.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any material that exploits or endangers children.
• Malware, phishing, or content designed to deceive or defraud recipients.
• Personal data of individuals from whom you do not have the required consent or lawful basis.

• Reverse engineering the Service, its models, or derived intelligence for the purpose of building a competing product.
• Automated scraping, load testing, or bulk downloading beyond documented API limits.
• Attempts to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, or credit metering.
• Uploading data you are not legally permitted to process (including calls recorded without consent where required by law).
• Using the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications.

You are responsible for the outputs generated for you by Wallapop. You will not present model outputs as human-authored where local law requires disclosure, and you will not use the Service to generate content that violates this AUP or applicable regulation, including in highly regulated industries.

Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorization from [email protected]. Coordinated disclosure is welcomed and rewarded.

We investigate suspected violations proportionately. For serious or repeated breaches, we may suspend access immediately without prior notice and cooperate with law enforcement as required.
