Overview
Wallapop sells prepaid credits that unlock Features across the platform. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Unused credits
Credits are non-transferable. Unused credits from your first credit purchase may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 20% of the credits in that order have been consumed. After 14 days, credits are non-refundable but do not expire.
Consumed credits
Credits consumed to run Features are non-refundable, including when a Feature returns results the user disagrees with. Errors caused by verified platform incidents are re-credited automatically; you do not need to submit a refund request.
EU / UK consumer withdrawal right
If you are an individual consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from your first credit purchase within 14 days for any reason by emailing [email protected]. The right of withdrawal does not apply once you have used the Service, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Bank transfer specifics
Because credits purchased via bank transfer are activated only after the payment clears, cancellations requested before activation are refunded in full minus any bank fees. After activation, standard refund rules apply.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] including:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The order reference and date of purchase.
- The reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of remaining credits.
